Shipping policy

We know how excited our customers are to receive their orders and we are excited for you to receive them too! With this in mind, we aim to ship all orders by the end of the next business day, at the latest.

All orders will be sent via tracked courier. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For New Zealand orders over NZ$350, we offer free shipping. For orders under this amount, we charge a $12.50 courier fee.

The approximate delivery times are as follows:

North Island customers – 1- 4 days

South Island customers – 4- 6 days

Rural customers – please allow an additional 3-5 days to the above

For our Australian customers we do ship across the ditch. When you get to check out please select Australia and enter your address and the Australian shipping rates will be calculated. 

For our American customers, once you get to checkout select USA, enter your address and the rate will be calculated.

Our other overseas customers who would love to purchase one of our garments, should contact info@loobieandfriends.co.nz to see whether shipping is possible and what the cost would be.

 

Click and Collect

For those customers living in Auckland, or planning a trip to Auckland, we also offer Click and Collect.

We will contact you via email or text when your order is ready. Then just pop into our store in Ellerslie, with your order number, and your order will be ready and waiting.
