Refund policy
Even though Loobie & friends is an outlet store, it is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with the gorgeous garment(s) that they have ordered. We also understand that it can be difficult to get the correct size when purchasing online. So, we are happy for you to return or exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. However, there are a few things you need to know, including our policy below regarding Clearance items.
- All garments should be returned to us, unworn and with all the tags intact, postmarked within 7 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.
- The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is not covered by Loobie and Friends. This cost is incurred by the customer.
- If you would prefer to return the garment in person, you are most welcome to pop into our store in Ellerslie, or if you have any concerns, please contact our store manager on info@loobieandfriends.co.nz or 09 218 9651
Before dispatching orders, we do check all our garments for faults, correct sizes etc. However, we are only human, and sometime things slip through. In the event of a faulty garment, or an incorrect garment sent, then we will happily refund/replace as appropriate, at our cost. Please just follow the Simple Steps to Return, listed below.
Please note that any items marked as Clearance, are final and we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on these.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days for processing.
Simple Steps to Return:
- Email our store info@loobieandfriends.co.nz to let them know about the return.
- Re-package your garment and please include the packing slip.
- Please write your name and address on the back of the package.
